While completing my degree, I have aided and run many teaching sessions within the university, teaching a variety of skills like Throwing on a Pottery Wheel, Sgraffito (Pottery decoration), Basic Pottery making (Cups, jugs and vases) and Anatomical Sculpture. I have both volunteered for these roles and been selected for my skills and reputation of running sessions. I have delivered these sessions with a friendly and open disposition and have taught the skills with a high level of efficacy and overwhelmingly positive results.

Placement as Studio Assistant at Muddy Fingers Pottery
I worked as a Studio Assistant, running pottery sessions, helping either clean-up of the studio, running essential operations to continue pottery production, preparing pottery for the studio owner to run future sessions and making decorations for the studio. I was taught about new and different pottery processes and given resources for future learning. I also enjoyed helping the members of the public who were taking part in pottery lessons and working with them to get positive outcomes.
